Smiling black woman at podium

Mrs. Whitney E. Johnson, the matriarch of the Johnson family, held a great passion for reading, photography, and sewing, an avid sports fan.

She was a remarkable  woman who had a heart for helping others. From a young age, she was drawn to volunteer work and community service, always looking for ways to make a positive impact in the world around her.

As Whitney grew older, she became increasingly passionate about empowering at-risk youth and families. She recognized that many young people were facing significant challenges and needed support and guidance to overcome them. She believed that by providing positive role models and a supportive community, she could help young people build the skills and confidence they needed to succeed in life.

Sadly, Whitney’s life was cut short when she passed away unexpectedly. Her family and friends were devastated by her loss, but they knew that Whitney’s legacy of compassion and service must continue.

In honor of Whitney’s memory, her family and friends established the Whitney E. Johnson Foundation. The foundation’s mission was heaven-made, inspired by Whitney’s initials, WEJ, and her passion for empowering at-risk youth and families.

The foundation’s mission is simple yet powerful: to empower juveniles and families by providing mentorship, support, and resources to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Through the foundation’s work, Whitney’s legacy lives on. Her compassion and dedication continue to inspire others to make a difference in the lives of those around them. And for the youth and families who benefit from the foundation’s programs and services, Whitney’s memory serves as a reminder that there are people who care and want to help them succeed.

As the Whitney E. Johnson Foundation continues to grow and make a positive impact in the lives of at-risk youth and families, we are reminded of the incredible person who inspired it all. Whitney’s heart for service and her commitment to making a difference in the world around her continue to inspire us every day.sports

Be the hope for troubled families & at risk youths.
